New certification system, whose main assumption is to promote the comfort of users and take care of the high level of the internal environment while respecting the idea of rational energy consumption. Criteria emphasizing the importance of health, satisfaction and efficiency of users as the main goal of creating an environment inside buildings were officially supported by Minister of the Environment.
The system was developed in the framework of the National Association for Sustainable Building Support based on the extensive experience of companies operating on the Polish market for years, knowing its realities and needs, so that it is adapted to local conditions.
This certification guarantees that the building has been designed with the user in mind and meets the following requirements:

- Promoting and appreciating activities that provide an optimal environment for various human activities.
- Promote design solutions to ensure the comfort of building users by creating a friendly indoor environment and special amenities for tenants.
- Maintain user comfort and environmental parameters while maintaining rational energy consumption during operation.
- Educing users so that they can consciously create the conditions of the internal environment.
